A Journey Through Retreats and Self-Discovery: My path has been marked by a relentless quest for understanding and peace. I’ve immersed myself in over 60 meditation retreats, participated in around 20 yoga retreats, and embarked on more than 15 solo retreats. Countless hours have been devoted to praying and meditating, seeking enlightenment and a way to transcend the challenges I’ve faced.
Battling Chronic Illness: For nearly 25 years, I’ve grappled with intense chronic physical pain. This journey has been arduous, filled with both physical and mental pain. But it has also been a journey of profound learning and gradual overcoming.
Sharing My Learnings: Now, I find myself at a juncture where sharing my experiences feels not just possible, but necessary. I’m not completely healed, but the progress I’ve made compels me to open up, to offer what I’ve learned to others who might be on similar paths. This website is my platform to do just that.

Journey to the Roots and Beyond
My yoga journey began many years ago when I was exploring all things spiritual when yoga became part of me I went on an immersive study in India, the birthplace of this ancient practice. There, I dedicated myself wholeheartedly, absorbing every lesson and experience. I became a certified yoga instructor! However, upon returning, I found that the essence of what I learned was not just in the techniques, but in the deeper connection I had forged with my inner self. This realization was both humbling and enlightening. Truth be told I was not able to hold onto this most of what I learned it was lost to me and I found myself unable to teach in the way I had hoped to teach. I assure you that every ounce of my being was poured in that immersion in India. I believe that what I learned the deeper dimensions of the yoga in this time which is about union with you inner self. I hope this practice will begin to flower, as endeavour to teach once again but this time I do from a place of authentic expression. Also to be honest I offer this as much for you as it is for me, I must go deep to find this essence to share it with you it will force me to go deep to get to the gold that is within so that I may share it with you. You’ll be the judge leave your feedback and comments.

I am a certified yoga instructor in Hatha yoga, yet I consider myself a student on this path as much as a guide. Our sessions will be a safe and grounded practice, filled with detailed instructions to catering to those who can hold space for me to explore what the true meaning of yoga is. The journey is about learning together, growing together.

A Personalized Yoga Experience
The yoga I offer is not traditional; it will not fit into any category. I have tried every yoga style I could find and what will flow from me will probably surprise me as much as it will surprise you. Yoga has become a part of me. As well as the many other spiritual paths I immersed myself in they all live with-in now! This yoga will be a reflection of my inner journey. It is about unifying with our true selves, which resonates with the very meaning of yoga – unity. In my classes, we will explore movements, breaths, and meditations that may seem familiar but are approached from a place of personal discovery and inner alignment. It may also be raw and real which is my goal. In my journey I was trying to bypass the truths that I needed to face to go directly to love and peace this was a not the teaching but was a bypass. I found we have to go thru the ugly stuff to get to the gold this gold is manifested in courage, integrity, honour, and ultimate freedom! Again I am a work in progress I am not proclaiming to be able to share with you these gems but what I will share will come from my heart.

Shift your attention to the present moment. Notice any sensations in your body, sounds around you, or the feeling of the air against your skin. Allow thoughts to come and go without judgment. The key is to observe them without becoming attached, fostering a sense of mindfulness.

Sit or lie down in a comfortable position. Keep your back straight to allow for proper breathing. Rest your hands on your lap or knees, and close your eyes gently. The goal is to be at ease, promoting relaxation and a clear mind.meditation is a skill that develops with practice.

Begin by taking a few deep breaths to center yourself. Pay attention to the sensation of your breath entering and leaving your body. If your mind starts to wander, gently redirect your focus to the rhythmic flow of your breath. This simple act helps anchor your mind in the present moment.
